Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SheRise Online Solutions LLC — your trusted source for quality pet products! We are committed to delivering your order safely and conveniently to your door. Best of all, we offer FREE standard shipping on every order — to every customer, everywhere in the world, with no minimum purchase required.
1. Free Shipping — Domestic (USA)
We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states — Alaska and Hawaii included. There is no minimum order amount and no promotional code needed; free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.
- Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on your destination, package size, and weight to ensure the best delivery experience.
- Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Expedited and priority shipping options may be available for an additional fee at checkout, subject to carrier availability for your location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and begin on the date your order is shipped — not the date the order is placed. Please see Section 4 for order processing times.
2. Free Shipping — International
We ship worldwide, and international customers enjoy free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, no exceptions. We want every pet lover around the globe to have access to our products without worrying about shipping costs.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 10–30 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing time. Delivery times can vary significantly by region.
- Carriers Used: USPS International, DHL, or FedEx International. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on destination and package specifications.
- Customs Delays: SheRise Online Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the destination country's customs authorities. Customs processing times are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery timeframes.
⚠ Important: Customs Duties & Import Fees
International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), or other fees and charges imposed by their country's customs authority upon entry of the shipment. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and they are not collected by SheRise Online Solutions LLC at any point. We have no control over, and cannot predict, what fees your country may assess. We strongly encourage international customers to contact their local customs office or postal authority prior to placing an order to obtain an estimate of any applicable fees. Refusal to pay customs duties does not entitle the customer to a refund of the product or original shipping costs.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, our team gets to work preparing your order. Please allow the following processing timeframes before your order is handed off to the carrier:
- Standard Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- High-Volume Periods: During peak shopping periods — such as holiday seasons, promotional sales events, or product launches — processing may take up to 5 business days. If your order is affected by an extended processing time, we will notify you promptly by email.
Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated delivery window begins once your order has shipped, not when it was placed.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way. Here is what to expect after your order ships:
- Confirmation Email: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
- Tracking Activation: Tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to become active and visible on the carrier's tracking system after your shipment confirmation email is sent. This is normal and does not indicate a problem.
- How to Track: Use the tracking number included in your confirmation email and enter it directly on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, FedEx.com, DHL.com, etc.) for real-time updates.
- No Updates After 48 Hours? If your tracking number shows no activity after 48 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation, please reach out to us at sheriseonlinesolutions@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into it for you.
5. Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to ship to as many locations as possible, there are a few limitations to be aware of:
- Product Restrictions: Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, contents, or destination-country regulations. Any such restrictions will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.
- Unavailable Destinations: Some international destinations may not be serviceable due to carrier limitations or import regulations. If we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Export Compliance: SheRise Online Solutions LLC complies with all applicable U.S. export laws and regulations. Orders may be subject to review for compliance purposes, which could result in additional processing time. We appreciate your understanding.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
We take the safe arrival of your order seriously. Please review the steps below for each situation:
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check around your property — porch, side doors, mailbox, and with neighbors.
- Contact your local post office or the carrier directly, as packages are sometimes held at the facility.
- If the package is still unaccounted for after completing the steps above, please contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date at sheriseonlinesolutions@gmail.com. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
Stolen Packages
SheRise Online Solutions LLC is not responsible for packages that have been stolen after a confirmed delivery has been recorded by the carrier. To help protect your deliveries, we encourage you to:
- Ship to a secure location where someone will be present to receive the package.
- Request signature confirmation at checkout, if available.
- Contact your local law enforcement if theft is suspected.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sheriseonlinesolutions@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To process a damage claim efficiently, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s).
- Photos of the outer and inner packaging.
We will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. The following policies apply:
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. SheRise Online Solutions LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, including any resulting delivery failures, delays, or losses.
- Address Changes: If you realize you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at sheriseonlinesolutions@gmail.com. Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.
- Returned Shipments: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable location, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs incurred.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, here is what you need to know about return shipping:
- Return Shipping Policy: For full details on eligibility, timeframes, and the return process, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy page on our website at www.sheriseonline.pet.
- Prepaid Return Labels: For all approved returns, SheRise Online Solutions LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. You will never be charged for return shipping on an approved return.
9. Limitation of Liability for Carrier Delays
All shipping timeframes provided in this policy are estimates based on information provided by our carrier partners. SheRise Online Solutions LLC is not liable for shipping delays, service interruptions, or delivery failures that are caused by:
- Carrier delays, service disruptions, or force majeure events (including weather, natural disasters, or labor actions).
- Customs holds, inspections, or processing delays by the destination country's authorities.
- Incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will always do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issue and act as your advocate with the carrier wherever possible.
